Warranties and Upkeep
In every business, there is always two points to consider. One is the exterior, and two, the exterior. It is not just a matter of choosing a good location and renting out the place. Good locations are only good in so far as making the establishment easily accessible to the customers. The factor, which makes the customers decide on whether to enter the shop or not, lies in the shop’s appearance.
Mr. A is looking for a place to eat. After spending a lot of time in his walk, he is really hungry and is willing to eat at any place that has bagels. He spots a new shop to his right, and there is a sign that says and confirms that it has bagels for sale. He is about to enter when he notices that the place looks disreputable.
The Standard
This same standard is also the same with electric spa tables . People may argue that the example shown is unfair due to its nature being a food establishment and cannot be compared to that of a spa. In this, they are wrong. A spa is a place where people go to in order for them to get relaxation. They are not going there just so they can be vexed with its untidiness or seediness. There is no relaxation whatsoever to be had from a place that looks like a cross between a sooty railway station and a dingy shop.
Many spa owners argue that the interior is second only to the worth and talent of the employees. This belief is also wrong. No matter how beautiful and gorgeous-looking the employees may be, a dirty and unkempt environment will still overshadow their virtue. In fact, the client does not even have an idea on how good the spa employees are, and as such she will be basing her opinions on her first impression. The very first thing the spa clients do when they enter into a spa for the first time is to look at how the interior is. If by this standard alone, the spa fails then the client is turned into a reluctant client. Remember, until the client pays, the business of selling is still not done. The saying, ‘It is not over until the fat lady sings’ comes to mind.
Warranty and Repair
All massage tables and electric spa tables must be clean and well-maintained. When buying these tables, spa owners should ask for a warranty. There are some businesses that sell spa tables that are covered by such warranty. Some even guarantee these for life. They may have to pay more, but spa owners should think of it as lifetime insurance. They simply cannot expect when these tables will break down.
It is not just about cleaning these tables once or twice each day. Rather, it is also about the upkeep. These tables will be used again and again in a single day. If the spa is in a well-located address and already has a number of loyal patrons, these spa tables will be used so many times in the day that its wear and tear will be too much to behold without warranties.
